Program description
Cofloz operates automated text messaging for local service businesses ("participating businesses"). When you call a participating business and your call is not answered, you may receive one automated reply text message about your call, for example letting you know the business received your call and asking how it can help. Follow-up messages may be sent as part of that same conversation, such as answering your questions or confirming an appointment.
These are customer service and lead response messages related to your inquiry. They are not marketing or promotional messages.
How you opt in
- By calling: by calling a participating business's phone number, you consent to receive an automated reply text message about your call at the number you called from.
- By form: by submitting your contact information on a participating business's website or form that states you agree to receive text messages about your inquiry.
Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Typically 1 to a few messages per conversation.

Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. For help, reply HELP or email hello@cofloz.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Participating businesses
Businesses that use cofloz automations are responsible for obtaining and documenting customer consent and complying with messaging laws, as described in our Terms of Service.
