Once work begins, the deposit covers completed work and is non-refundable. If Cofloz cannot deliver the agreed scope, we refund the portion of payment for work not delivered.
Monthly Care payments cover the current billing period and are not refunded for partial months.
You may cancel a project at any time by email. You will be billed only for work completed up to the cancellation date.
Monthly Care can be cancelled anytime by emailing hello@cofloz.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made.
We collect only the information needed to provide our services: your name, business name, email, phone number and the details you share about your business.
We use this information to deliver services, send invoices and communicate with you. We never sell your information or your customers' information.
Automations we build may process your customer data through third-party providers such as SMS, email, CRM and calendar services, subject to those providers' terms. To request access to or deletion of your data, email hello@cofloz.com.
Services are delivered according to a written scope agreed before work begins. Payment terms are stated in each quote and invoice.
Clients own their accounts with third-party tools and are responsible for complying with messaging laws, including obtaining customer consent for text messages. Cofloz is not liable for outages or changes made by third-party providers.
